TLC Application

The TLC Online Application will require some time to complete. We have split it into 3 sections as follows:

1. Personal Information
2. Educational & Occupational History
3. Spiritual Journey and Additional Comments

Especially on the Spiritual Journey section, you might consider typing your responses in another word processor program first, then copy and paste those responses into the online forms when you are ready. We do not recommend starting and stopping the process before completing it, or leaving it incomplete and coming back to it later.
